Hey there, I'm Melissa Lily, Founder of Positive Sparkles!

Everyone Deserves A little Sparkle In Their Life!
I'm just an everyday girl from London, UK who is on a mission to help you cultivate positive habits and improve your lifestyle and mindset so that you can live your very best life.

My background is in Psychology, Sociology and Criminology and my vision is to be able to improve the lives of others by sharing a combination of healthy habits, simple lifestyle changes that anyone can make and cognitive behavioural and neuro-linguistic programming techniques that I myself have used to reduce anxiety and stress and become a happier and more productive person. 

Being an adult in today's society is becoming harder and harder, whether it's keeping up with new technologies, trying to stay healthy in an age of worldwide obesity or getting contradictory advice about everything from how often to brush your teeth to what your future career should be.


According to the leading health charity "Mind", every year in the UK one in four of us will be diagnosed with a mental health problem and various studies in other developed countries have also shown similar statistics.  The most common of these are chronic anxiety and stress induced depression.

Nor is this blog just for people who are struggling with their mental health, though you are most welcome here. Rather my hope is that the content I share here will help you to transform your everyday life so that you too can add some sparkle, increase your happiness and achieve your goals.
